STUDENTS:

  • To attend classes, exams, go to study rooms, libraries, graduation exams, and other teaching activities:
    • you do not need to make a reservation for the activity;
  • To attend events, concerts, shows, conferences, degree ceremonies indoor:
    • you have to book in advance a seat for the specific event, following the instructions of the event organiser;

Inside PoliTO premises, anyone is obliged to:

  • always maintain a minimum inter-personal distance of 1 (one) meter;
  • wash his/her hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol-based products available in the dispensers located in common areas;
  • avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with his/her hands;
  • cough and/or sneeze by covering his/her mouth and nose with a disposable tissue or bent elbow.

The use of FFP2 masks in indoor premises, including classrooms and workplaces such as offices and laboratories is not mandatory. It is recommended, in particular for “fragile” persons, in the following cases:

  • access to crowded environments;
  • teaching and support activities during in-person lectures and exams;
  • office or laboratory activities where an interpersonal distance of 1 m cannot be permanently maintained;
  • front-office activities at offices for student services, libraries, offices open to the public (e.g. international mobility, career service, etc.);
  • activities in direct contact with the public (internal or external) in support of events;
  • participation in events, conferences and meetings, if the interpersonal distance of at least 1 m is not respected.

All activities related to conferences, conventions, ceremonies and other events organised either by Polito or by external parties can be carried out in “remote”, “in presence” or “mixed” mode.

It is also possible to organise caterings related to the events, depending on the availability of an adequately wide area, different from the room where the event takes place, and by following all the rules applicable for the specific activity.

To attend conferences, conventions, ceremonies and other events in presence it is necessary to acknowledge the form “Information for students and guests application/pdf (115.45 kB)”.

  • Main campus Canteen service for Polito staff: open, access not allowed to students. Food consumption in the canteen premises or with pre-booked "take-away lunch box" service, with reservation open from 4.30 p.m. of the previous day and until 10 a.m. of the day when the lunch is needed.
