Covid Green Certificate

General information about the Covid Green Certificate (so-called Green Pass) in Italy

Important! The following information is made available by the Italian Government and by other bodies responsible for vaccinations and issuing the Green Pass. Politecnico is not involved in the procedures. 

You can use a Green Pass obtained in the following countries:

  • EU and the Schengen Area countries
  • San Marino (until 15 October 2021)
  • Non-EU countries (and territories) that have joined the EU Digital COVID Certificate system 
  • Canada, Japan, Israel, United Kingdom (European territories), USA. Note that: these Green Passes are not verifiable through the "VerificaC19" app.

Download the VerificaC19 app of the Italian Ministry of Health and check the QR code associated with your Green Pass.

  • Comirnaty (Pfizer BioNTech)
  • Spikevax (Moderna)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen (Janssen)
  • Vaxzevria AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine

Covishield (Serum Institute of India), prodotti su licenza di AstraZeneca;

R-CoVI (R-Pharm), prodotto su licenza di AstraZeneca;

Covid-19 vaccine-recombinant (Fiocruz), prodotto su licenza di AstraZeneca.

You must wait for the decision of the Scientific Technical Committee of the Italian Ministry of Health on the possibility of further vaccination. Information will be published as it becomes available.

  • Obtain an Italian Fiscal Code  
  • Ask the Local Health Autorithy (ASL) of competence in your place of domicile/residency or send an e-mail to callcentercovid@aslcittaditorino.it attaching:
    • Your Passport
    • Your Green Pass
    • Univocal code released by the Country where you received the vaccination (it could be indicated on the Green Pass)
  • Get the AUTHCODE
  • Fill out the form to obtain the Green Pass (available only in Italian) by selecting: “Utente senza tessera sanitaria o vaccinato all'estero” (User without health card or vaccinated abroad)
  • Download the Green Pass
  • Obtain an Italian Fiscal Code
  • Ask the Local Health Autorithy (ASL) of competence in your place of domicile/residency or send an e-mail to callcentercovid@aslcittaditorino.it attaching:
    • Your Passport
    • The certificate of the vaccination made abroad
    • Univocal code released by the Country where you received the vaccination (it could be indicated on the certificate)
  • Get the AUTHCODE
  • Fill out the form to obtain the Green Pass (available only in Italian) by selecting: “Utente senza tessera sanitaria o vaccinato all'estero” (User without health card or vaccinated abroad)
  • Download the Green Pass
  • Get the NUCG (Univocal Number of the Certification of Recovery)
  • Fill out the form to obtain the Green Pass (available only in Italian) by selecting: “Utente senza tessera sanitaria o vaccinato all'estero” (User without health card or vaccinated abroad)
  • Download the Green Pass.
  • Obtain an Italian Fiscal Code 
  • Go to a vaccination HUB with free access (until 31st October 2021). Here the updated list.
  • Get the AUTHCODE
  • Fill out the form to obtain the Green Pass (available only in Italian) by selecting: “Utente senza tessera sanitaria o vaccinato all'estero” (User without health card or vaccinated abroad)
  • Download the Green Pass. Attention: the green pass issued after the first dose of vaccine is valid until the date of the second dose.
  • Read the list of pharmacies that offer the rapid antigen test available on this page
  • Go to a listed pharmacy with an ID document or passport
  • Perform the test and obtain the NRFE code (Electronic Report Number of the Antigenic Swab “Numero Referto Elettronico del Tampone antigenico”)
  • Fill out the form to obtain the Green Pass (available only in Italian) by selecting: “Utente senza tessera sanitaria o vaccinato all'estero” (User without health card or vaccinated abroad)
  • Download the Green Pass. Attention: the Green Pass thus obtained is valid for 48 hours.
